The Association proudly presented the 2012 Annual dinner in what was our 19th year!
We were treated to the excellent hospitality of The Royal Horseguards Hotel, and what a meal we were treated to! Head Chef Ben Purton and Pastry Chef Joanne Todd gave us an amazing menu executed to perfection! Added to this, the professional and discreet service and gorgeous historic setting of the Gladstone Library and we had a fantastic setting for the usual fun, games and antics that are the hallmark of the Pastry Chefs' Dinner.

The line up included........

A special tribute to Prof. John Huber who sadly died in 2012 was delivered by David Bentley of Town & Country Fine Foods.

What we enjoyed last year

A fantastic menu with specially selected wines!

Champagne reception with Canapés

Poached and smoked Scottish salmon, caramelised lemon, crème fraiche & caviar.

Roasted rump of Casterbridge Lamb, potato dauphinoise, green beans finished with shallot.

Valrhona caramelia mousse, praline cremeux, peanut butter ice-cream & passion fruit pulp.
