The Association proudly presented the 2012 Annual dinner in what was our 19th year! We were treated to the excellent hospitality of The Royal Horseguards Hotel, and what a meal we were treated to! Head Chef Ben Purton and Pastry Chef Joanne Todd gave us an amazing menu executed to perfection! Added to this, the professional and discreet service and gorgeous historic setting of the Gladstone Library and we had a fantastic setting for the usual fun, games and antics that are the hallmark of the Pastry Chefs' Dinner.

A special tribute to Prof. John Huber who sadly died in 2012 was delivered by David Bentley of Town & Country Fine Foods.
