Do I also need to bring cash with me on the night?
Yes please! All tickets are paid for in advance, however this event is a fund-raising evening to help fund our activities in the industry. You may wish to purchase raffle tickets, bid in the auction or buy alternative drinks at the cash bar. As in previous years your generous table donations will gain you entry to the games throughout the meal and also provide much needed funds to help our activities in the industry. We work really hard every year to keep the ticket price as low as possible so you can enjoy yourself more on the night, please help us raise as much money as possible throughout the event.
What table sizes can I book?
Full tables can be booked for between 8-12 guests. If you have fewer guests, you will have the opportunity to meet new friends!
I’d like to sit with my friends, how can I organise this?

Why are you so reluctant to take cash or cheques for ticket payments?
Payment by electronic means is much more convenient for our guests and The Association. Every year we have several cheques that are returned unpaid by the bank. Chasing cheque and cash payments consumes an excessive amount of resource and prevents us focusing on value added tasks. Electronic payments are virtually instant ensuring your tickets are confirmed immediately, and the funds required to stage the event are with us in good time.
I don’t want to book and pay through webcollect, can I have a paper form?
Regrettably all bookings must now be made online. If this causes you problems please email firstname.lastname@example.org , we will arrange for your details to be entered into our online system and send you a link to make online payment.
Is there a special room-rate if I want to stay at the hotel on the night of the function?
Can I pay for my tickets with cash on the night?
No. This payment option is no longer available. All tickets MUST be paid for with cleared funds in advance.

I see you have an auction, how do I pay for items if I have a winning bid? Can I take it home with me on the night?

For guest convenience, we are able to take payment by credit/debit card on the night. Cash payment will also be accepted. Receipts will be provided automatically by email through the payment system. Items that are paid for on the night can be carried home.
