Pastrami of smoked salmon, candied hot-smoked salmon and cold smoked salmon Scotch egg with caper citrus dressing.
Roasted Gressingham Duck BreastServed with confit duck leg bonbon, potato and celeriac gratin, wilted spinach, heirloom beetroot, baby carrot, tender stem broccoli and berry jus.
Bitter chocolate fondant, 'Jaffa Cake' cremeaux, dulcey de leche tart with raspberry caviar and chocolate ice cream.
