We require each entrant to comply with the two requirements below:
Entrants should use at least one ingredient from the Callebaut range.
See www.callebaut.com/uken/products for more details on their exciting range of products (chocolate or non-chocolate).
Samples can be obtained by emailing Beverley Dunkley, Head of the Barry Callebaut UK Chocolate Academy
This requirement is mandatory and all entries must be accompanied with a description of the items used.
